Ticking - Lenka from 13 to 33
A unique radio documentary following one life story over a generation. Documentary filmmaker Bronislava Janečková met the girl Lenka, who many adults consider problematic, when she was 14 years old and filmed with her repeatedly for 20 years.
At the age of thirteen, her family completely broke up and, after a year of unsuccessful cohabitation with her grandfather, she found herself in a cycle of educational institutions. Each filming over the years brought remarkable testimony, not only about Lenka, but also about the adults who tried to raise her. A sequel to the documentary Lenka, which won the Prix Bohemia Radio award in 2011 and was selected for the International Feature Conference in London.
