Fake doctors at dermatology clinics in Czech
Alberto Leguina Ruzzi, a fake plastic surgeon from Chile, works at private dermatological clinics in Prague. After several months of searching, we found out that he did not have a medical education, was not registered with the Ministry of Health and was not a member of the Czech Medical Chamber, which is a legal obligation.
According to our findings, there are more such doctors in the Czech Republic and they are mostly foreigners. The authorities are unable to intervene. Clients, on the other hand, are mostly Czechs and pay large sums per hand for the procedures, because the clinics do not have contracts with insurance companies. Following a informations from Czech Radio, the police began investigating at the suggestion of the public prosecutor.
