Righteous Among the Nations
On October 25th, 2018 an educational marathon took place in Kyiv, in the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the World War II. It was dedicated to the Ukrainians who saved Jews during the Holocaust. Those people were recognized as “Righteous Among the Nations”.
Relatives of the righteous were also present at the museum marathon. They told the stories of Ukrainians having rescued dozens of Jews, despite the threat to their own lives.
