What happens when two friends decide to stop turning a blind eye to sexual abuse at a university and resolve to change the system?
The story of "Reaction" unfolds at an unnamed university. Lera, a Ukrainian student, is starting her first year and hopes to begin a new life chapter. However, studying in this environment proves challenging, and she faces numerous obstacles.
At a party marking the start of the semester, Lera and her new friend Max provide first aid to an unknown student experiencing a panic attack. Soon after, they discover that the girl has decided to drop out of school for unclear reasons. Suspicious of the circumstances, Lera senses it might somehow be related to the odd behavior of a popular professor.
Despite advice from others to ignore the situation, Lera and Max cannot let it go. Together, they begin to uncover years of overlooked toxic behavior that everyone else has been silent about.
