A play about how fear can destroy a person. This binaurally recorded dramatisation of a psychological novel takes you inside the head of a lonely Jew living in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia during the war. With growing fear, he awaits his summons to be transported to a concentration camp every day. The premiere was prepared for the 100th anniversary of Ladislav Fuks' birthday. The play is intended to be listened to with headphones.

The radio adaptation, following the author's intention, captures the image of what goes on in the human head. The multi-layered binaural sound helps the listener to perceive the world through the protagonist, or rather his inner thoughts and the turmoil taking place inside him. The external world emerges with different intensity but what is important is what is going on in the soul of the protagonist, who is seduced by circumstances or his own commands, prohibitions or ideas. Although the plot is set in the past, it reminds us of our present fears as well and warns us of what they can trigger.
